"The
exhibition includes heartwarming, heartbreaking and poignant portraits
and landscapes from Leogane, Haiti.
These
deeply emotional images contrast the haunting beauty and sweetness of
the
Haitian people with their poverty, suffering and hopelessness."
This
exhibition will be the first stop of a national tour to bring awareness
of the plight of the Haitian people.
Next,
the exhibition travels to Minneapolis, then to New York, with more exhibitions
being scheduled nationwide.
The
display is sponsored in part by Mission
Reach Out Haiti, New Carlisle
Church of the Brethren,
Dave
Arbogast Pontiac and the Dayton
International Peace Museum.
Miller’s
photographs have been exhibited throughout the U.S. and Europe
and
are in private and public collections throughout the world.
